California Licensed People and Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People and Operations Director to lead human resources, operations, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions and ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational values
• Design and manage performance development systems and foster an inclusive workplace culture
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on budgeting and staffing plans

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of director-level experience in nonprofit human resource functions
• 5-7 years of experience supporting nonprofit operations, including office management and legal compliance
• At least 4 years of direct supervision experience
• Experience with nonprofit fiscal sponsorship models
• Strong commitment to social justice and youth empowerment
