A company is looking for a People and Operations Director to lead human resources, operations, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions and ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational values
- Design and manage performance development systems and foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on budgeting and staffing plans
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of director-level experience in nonprofit human resource functions
- 5-7 years of experience supporting nonprofit operations, including office management and legal compliance
- At least 4 years of direct supervision experience
- Experience with nonprofit fiscal sponsorship models
- Strong commitment to social justice and youth empowerment
