Key Responsibilities
- Guide managers and employees on company policies, HR programs, and compliance with employment laws
- Manage the FMLA process, including accommodations and monitoring leave processes
- Support HR Business Partners and prepare reports on HR-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience
- SHRM certification preferred
- Proficient with HR technology and MS Office software
- Experience in preparing reports and interpreting HR data
