Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote HR Representative (Contingent).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas
  • Investigate and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues via telephone and email
  • Perform HR administration and benefits transactions in relevant applications
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with two years of HR administrative or customer support experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Preferred associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong keyboarding skills
