A company is looking for a Remote HR Representative (Contingent).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas
- Investigate and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues via telephone and email
- Perform HR administration and benefits transactions in relevant applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with two years of HR administrative or customer support experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong keyboarding skills
