Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Consultant to provide expert HR support and guidance to external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a dedicated HR consultant, offering tailored solutions and conducting working sessions with customers
• Facilitate positive change and support the adoption of new processes and tools
• Participate in the BHR Admin Accelerator Program, capturing key learnings and collaborating to improve customer experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR consulting, customer success, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in SaaS products
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools
• Customer-focused approach with strong analytical and organizational skills
