Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to provide professional Human Resources services and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business leaders on HR policies, training needs, and employee relations
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and reporting
- Champion the creation and improvement of HR processes and provide training to leaders on HR-related activities
Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of Human Resources experience, including talent acquisition and employee relations
- Relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience in a matrix environment is strongly preferred
- SPHR or PHR certification (or SHRM equivalent) preferred
- Six Sigma certifications (Green or Black belt) preferred
