Director of Workforce Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Workforce Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads a team responsible for WFM operations, configuration, data integrity, and user support
• Oversees implementation and enhancement of WFM technologies to align with organizational goals
• Conducts system trend analysis and reporting to support labor optimization and strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field required
• 4-6 years of experience with Kronos Dimensions or UKG Pro required
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience required
• Experience supporting or implementing WFM/timekeeping systems across large organizations preferred
• Experience with Oracle HCM or other ERP platforms preferred
