Key Responsibilities
- Draft offer letters and other personnel documentation
- Manage recruitment efforts and perform orientations for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and process employee changes
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of human resource experience
- A minimum of two years of recruitment experience
- A minimum of one year using an HRIS
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
