Workday Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Systems Analyst to support and enhance its Workday ecosystem and integrated people systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and system support lead for Workday HCM modules
• Configure and maintain business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and support testing of new features
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM
• Experience with multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Compensation
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and EIBs
• Experience supporting biannual Workday releases and process testing preferred
