Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Systems Analyst to support and enhance its Workday ecosystem and integrated people systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and system support lead for Workday HCM modules
- Configure and maintain business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and support testing of new features
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM
- Experience with multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Compensation
- Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and EIBs
- Experience supporting biannual Workday releases and process testing preferred
