Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join their People Programs and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with various stakeholders to provide guidance on total rewards-related matters and support annual compensation review cycles
  • Manage the administration of U.S. benefit and wellness programs, ensuring compliance and monitoring utilization trends
  • Prepare compensation materials for executive meetings and participate in compensation surveys for market benchmarking
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in benefits and compensation analysis and administration
  • Experience in compensation and benefits program administration, including compliance knowledge
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of federal and state legislation related to benefits compliance
