Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards or People Operations, with direct ownership in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in transitioning Total Rewards from private to public companies preferred
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and equity design
  • Proven ability to build compliant processes and programs from the ground up
  • Familiarity with HR technology and people analytics tools
