- Lead HRIS management and people analytics to support decision-making and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards or People Operations, with direct ownership in a high-growth environment
- Experience in transitioning Total Rewards from private to public companies preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and equity design
- Proven ability to build compliant processes and programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with HR technology and people analytics tools
