Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including all logistics and communications
  • Support onboarding processes and compliance tracking for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer service
