Senior HR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to drive HR initiatives and support business strategy across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage employee engagement and oversee the employee lifecycle activities
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR-related matters and ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Human Resources Management, or related field
• 10 years of experience in Human Resources management (desirable)
• Knowledge of HR development theories and applicable labor laws
• Proficiency in Google Drive (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
