Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services - Systems Specialist to support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee lifecycle changes and data entries in HR systems
  • Conduct audits in SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system and update HR system documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and adapt
