A company is looking for an HR Shared Services - Systems Specialist to support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee lifecycle changes and data entries in HR systems
- Conduct audits in SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy
- Manage requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system and update HR system documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
