Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for critical people initiatives
- Manage people team budgets and forecasts, translating strategy into actionable plans
- Drive strategic people programs from concept to execution and ensure effective internal communication
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in People Strategy, HR Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles
- Experience in remote-first, global companies, particularly across the U.S. and India
- Strong program management skills with a track record of building scalable systems
- Ability to work with executive stakeholders while managing detailed execution
- Prior experience in US public company environments or IPO transitions is preferred
