A company is looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, install, and conduct training for clients on the isolved platform, including onboarding and customization
- Provide technical support and guidance to HRIS users, managing system operations and ensuring compliance with data security requirements
- Analyze HRIS and payroll data, prepare client deliverables, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in HRIS implementation and technical support
- Strong technical HRIS skills and ability to quickly learn various HRIS systems
- Experience working in a service-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
