A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate payroll risks and recommend solutions
  • Research and resolve payroll system issues while mentoring Client Payroll Operations Analysts
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PayrollOrg FPC or CPP preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in HR Administration/HRMS, Payroll, and VMS software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex payroll issues
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with reference, lookup, and logical functions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a flexible work environment
