A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate payroll risks and recommend solutions
- Research and resolve payroll system issues while mentoring Client Payroll Operations Analysts
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PayrollOrg FPC or CPP preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in HR Administration/HRMS, Payroll, and VMS software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex payroll issues
- Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with reference, lookup, and logical functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a flexible work environment
