Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 8+ years of relevant experience in global compensation practices
- 3+ years of experience leading a global team of compensation professionals
- Strong understanding of global and sales compensation practices and compliance
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel
