Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters for GTM functions
- Partner with GTM leaders to align hiring plans with business objectives
- Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies and support senior leadership searches
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading recruiters or TA teams in high-growth environments
- 10+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience focused on GTM functions
- Deep understanding of GTM org structures and talent markets across the Americas
- Proven track record in supporting senior and executive-level GTM hiring
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
