Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters for GTM functions
• Partner with GTM leaders to align hiring plans with business objectives
• Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies and support senior leadership searches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading recruiters or TA teams in high-growth environments
• 10+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience focused on GTM functions
• Deep understanding of GTM org structures and talent markets across the Americas
• Proven track record in supporting senior and executive-level GTM hiring
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
