A company is looking for a Manager HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HRIS strategy, managing system lifecycle and ensuring integration with enterprise systems
- Oversee HRIS-related projects, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Manage HR data accuracy and compliance, developing reports and analytics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in HRIS management, including full system replacement and project management
- Experience with SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
- UKG Pro WFM experience required
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
