Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs
• Own the hiring efforts for various positions across multiple departments
• Implement creative recruiting strategies and focus on diversity hiring and candidate engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting in the tech industry
• Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates
• Experience extending offers and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
• Ability to effectively manage a high volume of candidates
