Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting in the tech industry
- Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates
- Experience extending offers and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
- Ability to effectively manage a high volume of candidates
