Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in talent intelligence, labor-market research, or competitive intelligence
- Strong ability to present complex data in an executive-ready format
- Experience in setting up new capabilities or programs and driving their adoption
- Proficiency with market-data platforms such as Lightcast and LinkedIn Talent Insights
- Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and mentoring junior staff
