Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, People Services to lead the transformation of People operations into a digital and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. and Bermuda payroll operations, including tax filings and audits
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and validate reporting such as 401(k) and EEO-1
• Analyze surveys and operational metrics to deliver actionable insights for workforce strategy

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in People Operations or HR Services with U.S. payroll execution
• Proficiency in WorkDay HCM and advanced SharePoint design
• Experience with HR ticketing platforms like JIRA or Wrike
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction environments, particularly Bermuda, is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Products
