Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive system demos for clients to showcase user experiences
• Drive the process of new system implementation and manage timelines
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-implementation, handling expansions and issue escalations

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits design
• Local market experience is preferred
• Valid life and health insurance license
• Familiarity with HCM systems and technical concepts, preferably with API experience
• Creative mindset and technology-savvy approach
