Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior HR and business leaders
• Conduct complex data analyses and generate actionable insights from HR and business data
• Stay current on best practices in people analytics and contribute to the organization's analytics knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in people analytics or workforce analytics
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong statistical analysis skills and ability to translate complex analyses into business insights
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders
