Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior HR and business leaders
- Conduct complex data analyses and generate actionable insights from HR and business data
- Stay current on best practices in people analytics and contribute to the organization's analytics knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics or workforce analytics
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and ability to translate complex analyses into business insights
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders
