Workforce Mobility Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Mobility Program Manager for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the structure and roadmap for the Talent Mobility program
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business units, and leadership to align on goals and timelines
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and program updates

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs or initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and workflow automation tools
• Skilled in creating executive-ready materials such as PowerPoint and dashboards
• PMP or relevant certification is a plus
• Experience in HR, talent development, or early-in-career programs is preferred
