Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Representative II-Contingent/Non Benefit Eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated colleague issues and complex inquiries through calls, live chat, and colleague portal
- Provide first-level support for case escalations from HR Rep I and assist with training on new processes
- Gather analytics and metrics from Contact Center cases for team quality reporting and maintain documentation of processes
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with three years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role, or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday) and understanding of the impact of transactions on benefits and payroll
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
