A company is looking for an HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various HR functions including handbook updates, audits, training, leave management, and employee relations
- Monitor HR and employment law changes, communicate updates, and incorporate changes into newsletters
- Manage HR outsourcing tasks, oversee the HR Compliance Program, and coordinate event logistics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience or 4 years of HR experience
- Experience with benefits administration is a plus
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; must be obtained within 1 year if not already certified
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and industry standards
- Solid analytical skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions
