A company is looking for a Compensation and Stock Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer equity programs, including granting stock awards and managing stock award details
- Collaborate with Legal for proxy and required stock filings, and monitor stock plan spending
- Manage the deferred compensation plan and assist with compensation-related special projects
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of stock administration and equity compensation principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze and manage stock-related financial data
- Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
