Key Responsibilities
- Provide first point of contact support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and time off
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations
- Own the execution of administrative people operations tasks and collaborate on HR programs and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Experience with US and state-specific labor laws to maintain compliance
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS management; experience with Rippling is a plus
- Ability to operate with discretion and empathy while maintaining organization
