A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead recruitment strategies and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with HR partners and hiring managers
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with standards
- Lead and coach the recruitment team, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- 2 or more years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday, and Sourcing Tools
- Basic understanding of hiring compliance, including OFCCP
