Key Responsibilities
- Build strong business partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to influence effective business decisions
- Lead initiatives to assess and elevate business effectiveness, including performance management and compensation
- Partner with Talent Management to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 12+ years of global HR experience; minimum 7 years of prior HR Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated strategic HRBP work and consultative HRBP roles
- Strong understanding and experience with core aspects of HR functions
- Proven ability to influence decision making and manage change
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
