A company is looking for an HR Analytics Business Partner focused on Learning & Leadership Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess learning program effectiveness
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various assessments and performance metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Research and Statistics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development with a focus on program evaluation and analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SPSS
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies
- Certification in learning evaluation (e.g., CPLP, Kirkpatrick Certified) preferred
