Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
- Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and negotiate offer packages
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
- Experience supporting campus programs and/or operations and supply chain recruiting
- U.S. Citizenship status required for access to US-only data systems
- Strong experience in candidate engagement and relationship building
