A company is looking for a Human Resources Technology Product Manager - Talent Acquisition Module.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and support HR initiatives to enhance employee experiences and business processes
- Design, implement, and optimize HR solutions using expertise in HR systems and best practices
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives and develop a technology roadmap for Talent Acquisition
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams
- 2+ years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition module
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Workday Talent Acquisition module (preferred)
