Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Experience Associate to support staff working outside of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the Employer of Record (EOR) for staff-related matters, managing onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
- Review and resolve staff inquiries, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and escalating issues as necessary
- Conduct audits of monthly invoicing, resolving discrepancies and collaborating with finance and the EOR
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong ethics and integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience maintaining and updating data in an HR or related system
