Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst, specializing in employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance of the 401(k) plan, including testing, audit coordination, and payroll reconciliation
  • Administer deferred compensation and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans, ensuring effective communication and vendor coordination
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex issues and participate in cross-functional HR projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in benefit management, analysis, and administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and relevant regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and handling confidential information
