Key Responsibilities
- Manage compliance of the 401(k) plan, including testing, audit coordination, and payroll reconciliation
- Administer deferred compensation and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans, ensuring effective communication and vendor coordination
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex issues and participate in cross-functional HR projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefit management, analysis, and administration
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and relevant regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and handling confidential information
