Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute People Ops processes to maximize scalability and efficiency
- Manage reporting and process coordination to support strategic initiatives within the People team
- Maintain and analyze People data to identify trends and enhance workforce planning and employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of HR systems, with a preference for prior Rippling experience
- Previous experience with people analytics and benefits trends
