Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume full life-cycle recruiting for assigned clients
- Source candidates and evaluate their fit for company needs through interviews and assessments
- Manage the candidate experience and maintain position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field or Human Resources discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Preferred industry experience in engineering services or related fields
