A company is looking for an Engineering Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume full life-cycle recruiting for assigned clients
• Source candidates and evaluate their fit for company needs through interviews and assessments
• Manage the candidate experience and maintain position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field or Human Resources discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
• Preferred industry experience in engineering services or related fields
