Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of compensation information systems and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design and implementation of business requirements, processes, and systems
- Provide implementation expertise and collaborate with the business to design requirements and processes
- Lead project scope, risks, and timelines while developing project management plans and providing training to end users
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in managing and implementing information systems projects
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems is mandatory
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA) is mandatory
- Strong techno-financial functional skills with an understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
