Compensation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of compensation information systems and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of business requirements, processes, and systems
• Provide implementation expertise and collaborate with the business to design requirements and processes
• Lead project scope, risks, and timelines while developing project management plans and providing training to end users

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing and implementing information systems projects
• Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems is mandatory
• Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA) is mandatory
• Strong techno-financial functional skills with an understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
