A company is looking for a Director, Compensation Programs & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the annual global compensation cycle, including planning and governance
  • Own the global job architecture strategy, integrating with market benchmarking and HR systems
  • Design and evolve compensation frameworks and maintain compensation ranges aligned with market and business goals


Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in global compensation program design and strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Expertise in job architecture and pay-for-performance frameworks
  • Experience with compensation programs in Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
