- Own the global job architecture strategy, integrating with market benchmarking and HR systems
- Design and evolve compensation frameworks and maintain compensation ranges aligned with market and business goals
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in global compensation program design and strategy
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Expertise in job architecture and pay-for-performance frameworks
- Experience with compensation programs in Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
