Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including screenings and onboarding
- Create job requisitions, post to job boards, and prepare offer letters
- Manage onboarding documents and provide monthly recruiting reports
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources
- Prior recruiting experience
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- High proficiency in PC systems, tools, and applications
