A company is looking for a Recruitment System Support Specialist - Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support by creating position requisitions and extending employment offers
- Assist with employee onboarding, including I-9 completion and document verification
- Develop and maintain reports, suggesting process improvements based on findings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or onboarding
- Experience using talent management systems or HRIS applications
- Administrative processes and customer service experience
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
