Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment System Support Specialist - Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recruitment support by creating position requisitions and extending employment offers
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including I-9 completion and document verification
  • Develop and maintain reports, suggesting process improvements based on findings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or onboarding
  • Experience using talent management systems or HRIS applications
  • Administrative processes and customer service experience
  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
