A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Systems Advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advocacy strategies to promote skills-based hiring
- Influence policymakers and decision-makers to adopt equitable hiring practices
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and advocacy partners
Required Qualifications
- 6 years experience in advocacy or policy analysis & development, especially with a systems change focus
- 6 years experience in research and data interpretation
- 6 years demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers
- 6 years experience in stakeholder mapping and engagement
- Knowledge of talent systems and hiring practices is preferred
