Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting across GTM or Technical roles based on hiring priorities
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and build aligned hiring plans
• Own sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure a strong candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Technical roles
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Ashby or Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bonus: Experience hiring internationally or across multiple time zones
• Bonus: Familiarity with hiring in fast-scaling SaaS environments
