Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and guide leaders and employees on employer and employee relations matters
• Develop and maintain open communication with leadership and the workforce
• Conduct training for leaders and employees on various HR topics

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years' experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist with increasing responsibility
• 5+ years' experience in complex Employee Relations
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designation preferred
• Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
