A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high touch services to employees and HR staff, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries related to HR topics using various communication channels
- Administer HR system processes and support record keeping for payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Workday experience preferred; shared services experience in HR/Payroll is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and manage escalated issues
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll laws and regulations is highly desirable
