Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workday Systems Specialists
- Serve as a subject matter expert across key Workday modules and oversee the configuration lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and manage program operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and administration
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in Workday modules including HCM Core, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduler
- Experience with system integrations and familiarity with tools like Smartsheets and ServiceNow
