Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity or similar role
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and compliance basics
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., UKG, Greenhouse)
- Proficiency with the Google Suite
