Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Learning Management System Specialist with experience in Workday preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of security roles, registration, scheduling, and cancellation policies for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage data integrity for LMS functions, including course content, approvals, and evaluation processes
- Provide training and technical support to users and generate, analyze, and distribute data reports
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with database systems
- Familiarity with eLearning and instructor-led course development
- Ability to create technical and procedural documentation
- Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
