Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor for Human Resources and support leadership teams
- Own and lead the executive engagement plan and communications for key employee events
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans to engage and inform employees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related discipline
- More than eight years of corporate communications experience or equivalent education and experience
- Strong understanding of internal and external communications strategies
- Established business acumen and experience leading enterprise-level communications programs
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization
